Thank you for shopping at D4Diversity. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Because our materials are immediately to our clients, our default policy is that no returns will be accepted. However, D4Diversity was created to simplify your life not complicate it, so we expect our clients to be exceedingly happy with their purchases. With that in mind, if there is a viable issue or reason for return related to your purchase, we will happily edit/update your digital purchase or allow you to exchange your purchase for another template. Please note that no returns or exchanges with be processed for packages, given the significant time and attention devoted to curating them for our clients. You have 15 calendar days to disclose an issue with a template or material from the date of receipt. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Consulting services are wholly excluded.
Refunds
As a standard practice, there will be no refunds. However, we will work with you to ensure you are happy with your final product.
Shipping
Shipping is fairly immediate as it is digital, but we ask you to allow up to 24 hours to process your purchase and receive your materials.
